THE CAST OF RATSTAR JENNIFER WINTER, "RENEE" Jennifer Winter has been a student of theater and dance since she was a small child. Studying performance arts along the West Coast, she danced with choreographers and dance companies in both Portland and San Francisco for several years. Jennifer has since gone on to work for film, video, TV, and stage productions across the United States. Her most recent work before "Ratstar" was in "The Vagina Monologues" in Nashville, Tennessee. Jennifer is currently staring in the local Bay Area TV program, "DVTV."
