THE CAST OF RATSTAR MATT KIN, "ORSON" Matt Kin moved to Portland from Colorado in 1996. A PSU graduate, Matt worked for KGW TV until he left in the Spring of 2003 to enroll in the Art Institute of Portland. There he is mastering Digital Media Production. Studying acting and improvisation at PSU, Matt has been a part of several improvisational comedy groups, including "Star Can’t Dead" and "Improv-a-go-go." "Ratstar" is his first feature production.
