Blueprints:
Yes, it´s Han Solo´s DL-44 Blaster! That´s right, you´re about to download the blueprints for Han Solo´s Blastech DL-44 futuristic laser pistol. Never to be seen without this icon at his side, it is possibly the greatest raygun ever created for film or otherwise!
While the blaster actually varies slightly from film to film, it´s iconic silhouette is recognized the world over.
And, lucky for all of you (and us especially), our buddy Eric has spent 100+ hours drawing these schematics for everyone to enjoy.
For your consumption he has served up a set of blueprints depicting the sidearm as faithfully as possible from "Star Wars, A New Hope" and "Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back." (Not to be outdone, he is planning a "Return of the Jedi" model also, so check back soon).

Printing Notes: Blueprints may be printed at any size, however these blueprints have been optimized for 11x17 sized printing, this will reproduce the objects at 50% of actual size. For 25% of actual size, print blueprints at 5.5x8.5 inches. For 100% of actual size, print blueprints at 34x22 inches. Additionally, each blueprint is embedded with a reference ruler and grid, where each square represents one square inch.
Furthermore, dlfortyfour has provided us a gallery of DL-44 reference images on Flickr. Thanks dlfortyfour! And happy blaster building!
If you liked these blueprints or found them totally awesome, consider donating to the "Help Eric Buy A Millenium Falcon" fund. He´s married, with a wonderful wife and child, so he doesn´t have money for awesome frivolous things anymore. Eric´s goal is to raise enough money to buy the limited edition full studio scale Millenium Falcon for his cubicle at work. Every dollar helps!
Enjoy the blueprints!
